Orders, once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number, commonly referred to as the AWB number. You can track your order in two ways -
1 After you log in to your Rajkumari account, go to the ‘My Account’ page and find the order number your wish to track. Click on ‘Track my order’ to see real-time updates of your shipment status. Please note that this link becomes valid only 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.
2 Alternatively, you may track your order through our order shipment email which provides a direct link to track your order real-time on the service provider’s website
In cases where our website can’t link to the courier service providers’ website in real-time, we will share the AWB number and the provider’s name with you via email, and on your account page. To track your shipment status, all you need to do is –

Generally, our courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and solely depend on the customs rules at that point in time. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to define the cost as it varies from country to country.

Rajkumari 10-days returns and exchange policy only for fresh item not offer item gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from the Rajkumari website/m-site/app for any reason within 10 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 10-days Return & Exchange Policy:
1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g. should not be any Fragrance of perfume etc.).
2. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Rajkumari website, mobile site, or app. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
3. Get store credits for your returned orders to use them for all your future purchases.
4. The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges.
5. If you self-ship your return/exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
6. Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you
7. In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly
8. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return

In case your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the item(s) to be returned via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure that you place a sheet of paper with details of the Order ID and Return/Exchange ID in the package. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs. 100 via Rajkumari Store Credits.

You can self-ship the products you wish to return/exchange by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return/exchange request. Any product self-shipped after 7 days of raising a return/exchange request will not be considered.
1. Once the product is picked up by our aligned courier partner, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours. The refund will be processed in form of Rajkumari store credits and the amount will reflect within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you on your registered mail id.
2. If you self-ship the return order, the product(s) will first go through a quality check at our end. Once it clears the check, the refund process will be initiated within 24-48 business hours in form of Rajkumari Store Credits, the amount will reflect in 24 business hours. In case the product does not meet our quality check, we will not be able to process the refund.
3. In case of any refund discrepancies, Rajkumari may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank/credit card/wallet statement.
Please sign in with your registered email ID to view and utilize your store credits. On the checkout page, a store credit tab will reflect your store credits. Here, the total amount to be paid by you will be calculated after deducting the store credits.
1. If you are returning/exchanging multiple products from a single order together, we will generate a single Return ID/Exchange ID for all products and you will receive an e-mail and SMS confirmation for the same
2. You can return as many items from a single order within the 10-days return policy. We will accept your return/exchange and arrange a reverse pick-up for the same.
We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed.
For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. You can do so by clicking on 'Return’ under the ‘My Orders’ section of the Rajkumari App/Website/M-site and follow the instructions to upload the images. Please keep in mind the following–
1. You need to upload a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
2. Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
3. You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.

Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
You can cancel an order through the Rajkumari website/M-site/app until it has been packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. 1. Please be careful when trying on clothing, items must be returned in their original condition. Original condition means that items must be unused and unworn, with no marks, scent or damage.
2. Items should be returned in their original packaging with product tags attached.
3. Majority of our items contain embellishments and embroidery and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time beading/ sequence may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care.
1. Please ensure that the first wash is 'Dry Clean' only.
2. Heavy embroidered items can only be Dry Cleaned.
3. More casual items should be washed separately in cold water and rinsed thoroughly.
4. Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colors are not guaranteed.
5. We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given.
NOTE: It may not be possible to give full instructions on each garment therefore the above is a guideline of washing, if in doubt Dry Clean.
